Biographical Information: Joe Wolosz identifies with hotels. Raised in a hotel family, Wolosz has spent his life participating in operations, development, management, and ownership. This experience affords him an in-depth understanding of the intricacies of hotel operations, valuations, financing, and franchise. He draws from this rich experience serving his clients as President of Passport Hotel Group, Inc., a real estate firm specializing in hotel transactions. Wolosz is also the owner of the Holiday Inn Express in Fortuna, CA. He is a published author in the how-to category with his book, Hotel & Motel Sales, Marketing & Promotion: Strategies to Impact Revenue and Increase Occupancy. He has taught college courses in all areas of hotel and restaurant management, from front office to hotel accounting to housekeeping. His university education took him to southern California to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management at California Polytechnic University, Pomona. The university is considered an industry leader on the west coast.
