When
is my CLIA dues investment due?
The CLIA dues investment cycle is
from July 1 to June 30 of each year. When a member joins
CLIA, the property pays for one full year of dues, and when
the second year starts they are sent a prorated invoice
to put them on the regular invoicing cycle.
How are CLIA dues calculated?
CLIA dues are based on number of
rooms for a hotel and a flat rate for Associate members.

The HelpLine is a valuable
resource offering information and guidance to members
with
concerns or questions regarding innkeeping law, wage and
hour issues, regulatory issues, labor laws, marketing
tips,
tax liabilities and other related questions. Contact CLIA's

What
kinds of questions may be answered by calling the CLIA HelpLine?
The CLIA
HelpLine offers timely response and reliable counsel
to members in the areas of wages and hours, labor law, regulatory
issues including ADA and Prop. 65 and other issues pertaining
to the operation and management of lodging properties in
California.

I’m
a member and I can’t remember my password. How can
I retrieve it?
You can retrieve your password by
contacting our office or by submitting the Password
Request Form. The password will be sent to the email specified on
the online form once your membership status is verified.

I would
like to make changes to my member listing on this site.
How can I do this?
To modify your web listing, you have
two options. The first is to contact our office directly
and notify a representative of the changes you wish to make.
Secondly, you may complete the “Modify
My Listing”
online from within the Members
Only section. Changes may
sometimes take 24 to 48 hours to become active.

I wish
to renew my membership with CLIA. Can I accomplish this
on CLIA’s website?
We are currently working on implementing
payment processing features on this site. Soon you will
be able to renew memberships online as well as purchase
materials and manage your account (membership). Members
will be notified via Fax Bulletin when this feature is enabled.
