CLIA Supports AB 2305: The Level Playing Field for Small Business Act of 2012

The Level Playing Field for Small Business Act of 2012 will ensure that franchises, those well-known and reliable businesses that make up much of the commercial enterprise in our communities, have improved opportunities to protect their interests and continue to serve as economic drivers and quality employers throughout California.
