Any income or in-kind services received by CLIA from these arrangements shall be used to benefit CLIA members. This includes offsetting the costs of educational and professional development programs and seminars offered by CLIA, and advocacy efforts put forth by CLIA. By becoming a member of CLIA, you acknowledge and agree that CLIA may receive revenues, commissions, or in-kind services, in the event that CLIA members purchase goods or services from these members or third parties, and that you agree that CLIA may use these revenues for the benefit of CLIA members.
